In this episode of Girl Meets Body, I’m sharing one of my favorite DIY mermaid face mask recipes to help alleviate hormonal acne, pimples and even acne scars.
It uses only three ingredients and it’s super easy (and cheap!) to prepare at home.
This mermaid face mask it’s just for acne-prone skin though, it’s actually great for all skin types. The spirulina in the mask is packed with anti-aging nutrients like b-vitamins, iron and chlorophyll. The probiotics in the plain yogurt improve the skin’s microbiome and vitamin C from fresh lemon brightens the complexion.
