Ahhhhh, PMS…..us ladies know it well, right?! The time of the month where lovers, children, family members and friends head for the hills, hiding from our wrath…. or tearfulness… or both!

But, you know that it doesn’t have to be like this right?

Yup, PMS is totally optional. But we’re taught that it’s “normal” and simply just part of being a woman.

PMS is a set of symptoms that are an accumulation of how you’ve treated your body, mind and stress level over the last cycle and for many of us we’re failing every. single. month.

Keep watching to find out how I learned to heal my PMS for good and how you can stop it dead in its tracks when it rears its fugly head.
